My husband had a unbearable tooth problem and they took him in the same day and now after the 2nd visit the very nxt day ! he is pain free ! and completely happy with the treatment he's received so far and so Thankful!!!!!

Shapiro Family Dentistry is the absolute best! I needed to have alot of dental work done and I was extremely nervous. They made sure I was knowledgeable of what exactly was going on and made sure I was comfortable at all times during my appointments. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

Dr. Brown is a great dentist. And their new hygienist who cleaned my teeth today was excellent. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Office is very clean well organized, everyone is very professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. They were very concerned about how I was doing during my procedure. I'm very happy I was referred to this office.

Finally, on my last tray of Invisalign!!!. It has been quite the journey. The West Palm Beach office is always clean. I like that they send both text and email appointment reminders. The orthodontic team is amazing and lovely, and they will ensure you are satisfied with your result. I’m glad I chose to go through my “invisalign” journey with Shapiro.

After waiting for almost 2 month for a kid appointment they called me today (the day before my appointment) saying that my insurance was not active and saying that they called and left a message ( the only email and voice called was for me to confirm the appointment) I have 2 insurance (Medicaid and from my job). The lady told me over the phone to send a copy of the second insurance to their email or text (which I did on both). When I called in the afternoon to confirm that they receive it they said that the appointment was cancel. Def not by me. I wait 2 month for this appointment I had gone 3 time in person to see if any cancellations to make this even posible, I had arrange school, test and work for them to cancel without no notice THE DAY BEFORE???!?! So yes your reputation does not stand up!!! Officially a very disappointed parent. Definite will cancel my primary dentist. A. Berillo Family

Very satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism that all at this office presented..office personnel were welcoming and all hygenists treated me with competence and kindness...Dr.Brown was friendly and answered all questions and made me feel very comfortable..I am going back for a procedure and feel that I am in competent hands.

Shapiro Family Dentist is without a doubt the worst place in Palm Beach. From the receptionists who penalize you for expressing valid concerns to their greedy wallets. My experience has been damaging mentally and physically. Please avoid going here. I spent a lot of money to be treated like a dog, and they only care if you have enough money to support their lifestyle.
